Could the idea in this thread: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...m-ratings.html possibly be implemented? Using a consistency rating or something like it deciding how often a player actually reaches his current rating? would make more consistent players valuable again.. whether they have GREAT potential or not...

Is there any way to fill in all those grey faces in the rosters? At least possibly giving them the HC09 faces?

namely: Joe Mays LB #51 Eagles, Tim Hightower HB #34? Cardinals

I never understood this either. I mean they have the exclusive license with the NFLPA, you'd think a player that isn't even a rookie anymore would have at least some kind of picture. I understand that digital rights are a thorny issue but there always seems to be these ghost players whose pictures never make it in.

Why aren't there separate sliders for player/cpu special teams. CPU kickers are too innacurate, through 20 games they are about 50% on field goals.

(caps are not shouting or in anger ... just emphasis)

I think I have been MORE THAN FAIR with my takes on your maiden voyage with MADDEN (I'm refering to my youtube videos) then some of the other youtuber's videos. I have been giving you and your dev team the benefit of the doubt in my videos.
I'm sure you've seen your share of: WONT FIX, WORKSFORME, CANT REPRODUCE, deferred..etc.etc with that being said.


1. Why is it that the FB blocking looks as though his main objective is to run a good 40 and blocking is secondary or non-existent for that matter??

2. Why is it that MADDEN will go from one extreme to the next? Example the QB not being able to release the ball ...to now.... where the QB throws excessives ducks when defeners close in.
OR
The TACKLES one year being very hard to break... to now..... this year EVERY TACKLE GETS BROKEN (prime example BRANDON JACOBS busting through crowds of people) Somebody got caught up in the whole "BEAST" terminology ...Shame on you Ian! lol
Where is the MEDIAN between extremes?

3. Why is it that MADDEN every year ADDS features that appear to be STANDARD features aka re-assigning controller buttons WHICH HAVE BEEN IN EVERY MADDEN TO DATE TILL THIS YEAR. Only to see them removed the following year. This is JUST "ONE" example of what I'm referring to.

4. Why do you (EA/Tiburon) have QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTERS that have NO clue as to what goes on in football or EVEN CARE to know? (I have witnessed this first hand on other sports titles)
I understand everybody has a right to work ...but PLACE PEOPLE APPROPRIATELY PLEASE... FOR THE SAKE OF THE GAME!!!

I saw one of your testers comments CONFIRMING this. (I added this person to my friends list) WHICH IS NOT RE-ASSURING AT ALL if you are ATTEMPTING to make a great product every year. I can back this up if asked ... but will not publically.. to respect privacy.


I have MANY MORE questions to ask... but I do not want to bog you down with anymore. BUt I am making a VERY THOROUGH assessment
of this game hopefully it will be up by weekend depending on my time. Hopefully you will view it.

But at the end of the day I realize this is a PROGRAM / SOFTWARE and you guys are human!

How come there are so many holding penalties on fg's and xp? (sometimes back to back)

Why is it impossible for LB's and safeties to cover the flats in man coverage?

How come my o-lineman get completely lost when run blocking and sometimes actually turn around and put they're back to a defender? (that should never happen in any football game)

How come the cpu qb very rarely takes a sack and has no blind side?

How come the cpu misses about 70% of they're fg's? (even within 40yds.)

What happened to owner mode? (setting the prices for tickets, parking etc.)

How come the cpu calls so many all out blitzes?

How come the game freezes so much while in the lobbies?

Why do i see players run through the wall in the back of the endzone?

Do you agree that these are legit problems, and if so will they be patched? (except for the owner mode)

This. I seem to be able to only finish 50% of the games in Superstar Mode due to end-of-game freezing.
