I thought it looked pretty good from the '10 videos we've seen. People just get carried away and think the nets are made of silk and just wave around with the slightest touch. It's just something to nitpick about. Sure it can be improved a bit, everything can.

The net is fine.. Nets are Different where ever u play, Playground, at the Y, Driveway, Nba..They react different, Stringy nets, Heavy cotton nets, the short nets from Kmart.

True enough man, I just think people want that loose feel because of the feeling you get sinking a jumper in a basketball video game.

The nets dont always splash and sometimes on jumpers you barely see them move, because the ball goes through them so fast.

Well, that video was an eye-opener. I'm used to more of a splash where I play so i'm guilty as charged.

at the end of the movie i saw josh smith ( i think it was josh smith) shoot a shot off of the backboard. can we control shots off of the backboard this year?

Totally agree. I think the nets are really good and a GREAT improvement over last year. The only thing I would suggest is make them splash on dunks. From the videos I've seen they don't splash on dunks like they should. I think the jumpshot and lay-up animations are great.

I think they said something about when you get in the air...to direct your left stick in the direction of the backboard.
