I haven't owned a sports basketball game since bull vs blazers and tecmo basketball. I played the demo's from last year, and I favored the live version over 2k. With that said, I think the my player combine is genious from a gaming and marketing standpoint. I may go with 2k solely because of my player.

I hope the slower gamespeed isnt just cosmetically masking a lack of foot planting.

Being punished for abusing turbo though, Is a definite welcomed improvement.

I like the new idea of new gamespeed, makes it more real and I also like the turbo improvements.

dude that picture of the thanksgicing overlays are sweet lol. This game is looking solid. I havent played a BBall title in years, def pumped for this one.

Glad everyone else is in agreement!

2k9 with real NBA sets, plays and inbound plays would have been the perfect game for me. I said it before, all this other stuff is great but without the CPU utilizing new plays and real NBA sets this game will fall awfully short of my expectations.
