Why the CPU players are shooting that early in the shot clock?!

I can understand if there's an easy opportunity, but there were heavy contested jumpers by Pierce!

Please NBA Live designers answer me.

I'm a 2k fan, but this year Live is looking great and I'm thinkink of buying Live this year, but when I saw this run and gun... I don't know what to think now.

Great arena sounds btw.
Players tendencies maybe, pierce just hit a jumper and I think he felt hot so he took another shot quickly, just like he does irl

Re: NBA Live 10 Video: Cavs @ Celtics

So can I complain since a lot of things are good?

1. Live needs new pass reception animations. Much like the over-the-head catch in Madden, it makes little sense for a player to sprint down court and suddenly turn his head and catch a pass from behind his body, all while keeping in stride. It just doesn't happen. Players need to turn their bodies and catch the ball. The running-receiving-pass animation has been around since Live 95 (or at least a version of it) and it's about time it goes.

2. Garnett walked in that low post move into a dunk. I get that player movement needs to be responsive, but this is where sliding is not justified. This is where weight needs to take precedence in the animation. Players should know when they have made a movement (whether it be a bump that creates a slight slide) and forced into a dribble, even if it means a delayed response. It'll reward people who play right and create turnovers (traveling) to those that rush moves into branching animations that should not be possible.

Looks good, loving the swish sounds, and Lebron falling down after his put back was cool. The Garnett post move looked fine to me. Just a bout 2 weeks until the demo drops, can't wait.

Between that and Chris Paul, I can't wait to see Dirk's, Kobe's Tmac's and also after seeing Pierce's shot Timmay's shot off the glass

Actually 60% of the Celtics shots are taken within the first 15 seconds, 36% within the first 10 seconds. That was a very accurate representation of the Celtics playing style.
