Re: NBA 2K10 Hands-On Preview

As far as animations go I really hope BOTH games can update via patch so all the arguement about having this over that can be nulled. The truth is things that happened last season won't all carry over this season. So ability to patch moves, sig tendencies and intros would be fwd thinking to me. In that case I wouldn't sweat what either game has. The REAL factor is the X's and O's and which game FEELS better controlling the player. Were in 2010, these games shouldn't be locked when shipped. As I said before the next installment of anygame should just be the hardcore execution, presentation, commentary lines, graphics engines etc updated. Little stuff like sneakers, animations, intros should be sent monthly in a patch. I really think Live has this. I hope 2k does as well... Sorry if I went off on a rant lol

Real assistant coaches have also been added. And I would know since I personally witnessed Patrick Ewing sitting reluctantly on the Orlando Magic bench as he waited for someone to offer him a head-coaching job.
lol

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

There was something wrong with the lobbies, too many people, especially the higher ranked people, would just sit in there and not play anyone. There's no reason to have ranked lobbies when people can duck players.

No, I don't believe so, what they mean is the rituals that certain teams do before a game. Like Cleveland and that picture taking thing, or the Lakers with Lamar Odom in the middle of a circle. But not the starting lineup one by one.

I just want some dang-burn vids of the game. That teaser was not much of anything although u could gather a few things from it. I hope they are piecing together a nice scrumptious trailer to get my mouth watering on some marvelous ish (hmm, that sounds familiar...). Live has me salivating from all the info AND trailers. 2K is just a bunch of info with next to no visuals to go with it. I'm starting to feel like I want both games, again...then again, I feel like Brett Favre....and I'm a Libra, too...Oooohhhh, the decisiooonnnnssss-ss-s!
