NHL 2K10 Screenshots

I'll get both (Never a bad thing to give support to a developer making a hockey game anyway. While I've always thought the 2k goalies looked goofy, it didn't stop the game from being my preference for several years. Game looks beautiful, and the developer blogs have me intrigued.

The key impressions that I'll be waiting for is if everything as far and franchise mode goes, works. I'll be keeping a close eye on the impression here and at 2khockey.net upon release and might go with the two games this year. From how much I enjoyment I got out of the series for year, it looks like now it deserves another shot from me.

I agree baa.. if they had 2k's intros, arenas, and goal horns.. wow... but they seem to have focused on game play the last few years and I can only hope next year it's presentation.. ala Madden.

I don't see it.. at least not in the demo. In fact, the camera seems lower to the ice and I can see more detail.

I'll just come out and say it, EA adds 2k like intro's, arena's, and gets the goal horns correct, NHL2k is done, kaput, finished.

I see it this way first you have to have gameplay I mean a game can look great but if you cant play it
Then player models , games modes and then presentation better know as the cherry on top .

It wont happen 2k always has better Animation and presentation it is what they are known for. EA needs to learn how to make Arenas look different before they take that crown. They are all cut from the same cookie cutter. I think both games are going to be solid gameplay if that happens then EA is threw.
