true...I noticed the 1 foot vertical on the block attempt and pre-canned animations. some of the physics really lack dynamism...especially on rebounds and blocks. bring back the rebound / block dissertation thread?

im still ploppin down 5 bucks for this the court spacing alone is worth it...plus this is the first time that im actually gonna play association or maybe even a season...

now if they can get me interested in the slam dunk contest...

From my Knowledge MS and Sony have had this game for a little while now. They are still working on NBA2K10 The game though. So this is by no means the final build. I honestly from my opinion think this is just 2K9 in graphics, but with 2K10 animations and coding rewrites.

I mean, if it wasnt, then NBA2K10 would already be gold. lol

Only thing I see different is I guess spacing and the net.

It's a little scary to me that out of the 3-4 post moves which were shown every shot went in.

These are created players with seemingly worst ratings, why are they hitting every post move shot so effectively?

Also, albeit being a very short clip, the rebounding mechanics still appear to have 'out jump the other guy'. This is a premature judgment since I haven't seen any other game clips, but just going based on this video.

Another thing I didn't like was what I saw from 1:00 - 1:05

Watch this sequence a few times with the player cutting on the left side.

As the player stops to receive the ball but notices he wont receive it, he instantly thrusts forward with great speed without ever regaining momentum; the animation is poor. It's completely nitpicking and obviously there couldn't have been a worst video to show the game, but I'm not liking some things I've seen so far.

It looks slowed down but these are created players in the Draft combine, if these players are moving slowly, how fast will an NBA guard move in the game? Guess we'll have to wait and see.
