I think people need to get it through their heads that the engine is mostly crap, and will always cause alot of OMG moments. Obviously, EA wants to continue to use this crappy engine. But, I think the game is at least playable, and even has alot more authencity to it now.

But, the vids don't lie, and I have no problem with them. As long as videogames cost $60 (which I feel is way too high for what we're getting), I say post away.

If he goes outside and Harrison wins the play is over in the backfield like what happens here. So the end result isn't necessarily wrong. If the HB cuts it back inside the block of the Guard then he might pick up 3 yards.

I watched that video and I was thinking the same thing about him cutting inside. That video was a terrible attempt to bash madden lol.

I'm gonna upload video of a game - a full game I did. And no, I'm not a truf chasah. Anyway, after one game on All Madden...wow, it was pretty brutal for me. It took some getting used to the speed difference from NCAA 10, but I notice the games play pretty similar on the hardest difficult with their default settings - the cpu blitzed well. Very well. Had a couple of duck ints, but at least there aren't any cheap pick sixes off of them. It's a little annoying how on that level, the CPU is able to blitz, AND effectively cover your receivers while doing so. Running is kind of tough, but I think I can do alright with more practice. Pass rush on default is still lacking, to me. I blitzed pretty regularly in that game, and also controlled a dlinemen so I could help 'em out. Still only got to the QB rarely, even in those cases. All of the presentation stuff was pretty good. With some good slider settings, and more practice, I think this game could be pretty damn good for me.

About Sliders... remember now when you use custom sliders in M10..they are backwards again. As in..the higher you adjust the sliders towards the right..the harder the difficultiy it is for you. Something i just had to explain to one of my friends as he had it backwards and was wondering why he couldnt run the rock as he said he had the runnig sliders filled or all the way to the right lol..i told him for the running slider to LEAVE it at ZERO..all the way to left to try it out first and then adjust to your own preference and he's like oh, they are backwards

Yeah i know it clearly shows this when you go thru rookie, all madden etc but when you actually use the custom sliders ..it can be habbit to think that moving them to the right makes it easier..not harder..when in reality it gets harder the more you move the sliders to the right...

That upset me to learn that after my 2nd game playing. The man defense was terrible last year, so now they just let them cheat and run routes before WR's make their cuts. That is rediculous.

This man coverage flaw is going to be one of the biggest issues with Madden 10, no doubt about it.

Played demo and game speed is perfect. love the presentation and every new thing they added. madden game i've been waiting for. still room for improvement but this is what we should of had years ago
