I'm not seeing the downgrade in graphics either. Everything to do with the visuals looks 100x better then what we've gotten in the past.

Especially liking how the jerseys' look, and the way they move. I also noticed the players actually have thighs now. Seeing this video, there really isn't one thing to be upset about IMO. Not to mention the fact that it's only around 70% completion.

I can see that, but no game has ever gotten the net movement down right and the little glimpse in this trailer gave me hope that it is a significant improvement.

Plus, I don't expect to put a ton of effort into making sure the net movement is perfect.

That's no excuse, dude... EA's always had a problem with player faces in the next-gen as far as I can tell, from Live to Madden. Their "neutral" face (i.e., no emotion, just a blank stare) is always off-- it looks like the players are constantly sneering, like their faces are turned up.



And is it me, or does this look WAY better than the actual gameplay of Live 09? Garnett throwin that layup out of bounds was somethin you just could not do in Live 09.

Only a natural part of the circle of life at OS. Me personally I don't care too much about anything other than pure gameplay videos. I watch trailers but always feel like I wasted my time because they are all marketing gimmicks. I look at screenshots, but no matter how nice they look it's the gameplay that sells a game to me. All the early media for any game is not worth judging and dissecting too much. Wait until you actually see some true user controlled gameplay videos.
