Madden NFL 10 GameStop Pre-Order Demo Codes Available July 15th (Destructoid)

In Gamestop's defense the fact that there were 5 codes wrapped in one card was not immediately obvious. I was expecting a card with a demo code on it and had to do a double take. It was like "Why would EA spend so much money on such thick, fancy demo cards with each being individually wrapped?"

Looking close at the thickness of the card it appeared there may be something inside. I thought it would be info about the game or maybe a control guide. When I opened the plastic to find 5 codes I thought "Wow! How many people are going to get screwed out of a code because of this? How many Gamestop employees are handing out 5 codes thinking it's only 1 - and how many customers only think they have 1 code and not 5."

Eh...well at least I'm set to go. I just wish I knew exactly what time to order the pizza.

I have never heard of a demo being released at 7pm on the xbox lol you must mean 7am.

so is the 5 minute demo going to be from an early build of madden?

and what about the 1 minute demo?

Ok so for 360 owners, we go to the Market place or do we just press the guide button and go to the redeem code feature and input the code?

I would try to enter my code shortly after 12 AM but I would be afraid it could deactivate it or something based upon the warnings given. Typically codes don't just "deactivate" but who knows, it's Gamestop.

Why would they deactivate the code just for trying to use it early. That's odd.

THEY wouldn't deactivate it, just for whatever reason the system would think it was used as it accessed the server and cancel it out for when the demo actually is available. I have read that it's possible with this code a few times so I'm not taking a chance.
