Cleared my Cache,

Had it installed on my HD and maybe that had something to do with it, for anybody else who might have been in the same boat

If dynasty progression ratings weren't fixed in this patch, I'm sure EA could include that in a future patch - it doesn't seem like it would take much to fix. This game usually gets 2 patches a year correct?
