I played Virginia Tech using Alabama last night, and was called for holding 6-7 times ( 6 minute quarters). I was called for holding twice right before halftime when I was trying to kick a field goal which knocked me out of range after I had made the kick! I thought it was funny. Virginia Tech was called for holding a similar amount of times. I had the holding slider maxed out.

I just picked up the PS3 version on the way to work. I haven't played a sports game PS3 side besides The Show, so I figured it was time. Will probably change my Madden pre-order to the PS3 too if everything goes well. As a result I would get the next set of football(soccer) games on the 360. Nice balance.

Glad to hear the sliders are having a positive effect. Thanks everyone for posting your impressions. It was the final push that got me off the fence.

Thanks for the info, Sky. I guess I will stick with the 360 version, especially since the community rosters are not available yet. Really happy this patch seems to have turned out well. I was skipping NCAA this year until news of this patch's effectiveness came out.
