I can't imagine they'll have time to fix the animations and player models, and improve the game to the point of making it playable this year, PLUS fix the lame commentary. I'm already resigned to the reality of having to shut off the announcers once again if I plan to play and enjoy the game on some level. Because I agree: it's worse than horrible.

I never play with the commentary on anyway. I want my experience to represent that of either playing on the ice or attending the game - not watching it on TV.

Agree somewhat, I mean, I like the commentary, but it could stand some improvement. Maybe it is a little too friendly. My pet peeve is the franchise bug.

I am really hoping that we see some information soon on franchise mode. Fix the bugs and give me back the 2k8 version and I will be happy.
