Lol right now, based on the videos that have been posted, we've got the opposite. Players cover 40 yards in a realistic amount of time; however, they are jogging.

As long as the players' actual speed stays the same, that shouldn't be a problem. If the strides were simply sped up, but the length of those strides remained the same, the players would move too fast. The only solution to make the running animation more believable is to shorten the length of the strides and speed them up.

The game cannot ship with the running animations that we've seen in the videos.

Looks good. I see no reason why this Madden should not be equal to or more successful than previous versions.

EA has a sure thing in Madden, come August 95% of Madden buyers will be happy.
