It's either a real big run or a 1 yard loss to 1 yard gain with a few 3-7 yard gains in between. It should be the other way around.
It's straight out of Madden 09.

Re: NCAA Football 10 Demo Now Available, Post Your Impressions Here

First off before the demo, the roster issue is completely unacceptable. I dont see how people still try to take up for this team. They were busy implenting garbage like season showdown and screwed up the rosters.

But after the demo, there are some good and bad things about it.

THE BAD:

1) Ive noticed that unless youre right up on the image, the graphics from a far in this game are absolutely horrible. They are about on the level as a PS2 game. HAs anyone else noticed this???? From a far, Floridas numbers on the back of the jerseys are blurred and you cant really focus on the color. And anything far away is just plain terrible for a next gen game.

2) Theres that glitch where the center snaps the ball over the QBs head like 20 yards. And its ruled incomplete. Thats awful.

3) The camera style is going to take some getting use to. Its ok I guess.

4) I saw the same tackle over a over. That new tackle looks like something off of blitz.

5) The player models and their movement has moved towards the same style that NBA live and NCAA basketball are like. Which is a complete step in the wrong direction. Seeing as how both of those titles arent worth the disc they are burned on.

6) The playcall menus are still slow and a little irresponsive.

7) The crowd chants audio is terrible.

8) I think speed will still kill. I still saw some AI defenses taking bad angles.

THE GOOD

1) Mixin and matching of jersys is good. I also like the new stances and bowl endzones.

2) There were a lot of new animations.

And there were some more good things. I didnt like how the defense played at all. It seems like I couldnt control anyone and OU WRs were wide open by 10 or 15 yards on every play.

The demo kind of dissapointed me. But its still going to be a great game, despite the early roster issues. The only thing that worries me is what other glitches will we come upon on down the road.

The NCAA dev team needs to focus more on getting everything currently in the game right, and worry about new features later. I guess everyone will have to keep saying this until they are blue in the face.

I played the hell out of this demo for 6 hours straight.

I'm impressed.

FIX THE PASS RUSH. FIX THE SLIDERS..and this game is money.

Excellent improvements in the passing game, DB AI, Defensive AI, and Blitz improvements.

It's a good start..now finish strong and get what needs tweaking tweaked.

I wonder if the run blocking sliders work because I am simply being dominated on the ground. My back gets plastered every time he even approaches the LOS.

There is a lot to like and dislike about the demo.

Few likes:
1. I like the new slowed down game play.
2. I like the pursuit angles that players take.
3. New Animations!
4. I like the L3 button for some reason! LOL!
5. I like the new gameplan feature as well as the defensive keys.

Few dislikes:
1. Behind the player tackles...this will be overdone
2. Not enough bad passes...I know it was only 2 min qtrs but come, what QB is THAT perfect?
3. No college feel to the game
4. No halftime highlights (I know its the demo but aren't we in the NEXT GEN?)
5. No BCS Championship feel!

I will have an entire day of playing Friday so I should be able to get more from it by then.

Must be just you. I've played only 2 games and havent given up more than 20 yards each game.
