Ok it's ok but not ready to say I'm buying it.

Has anyone else noticed the "Bad throw due to being hit" is way off timing wise?
Twice the thrown ball was no where near (and I mean no where near) where I was throwing it on plays where I did get nailed. Only problem is I didn't get hit till after ball was thrown.
Looks bad when it happens
Maybe just a fluke.... we'll see.

Ok I dont think Ive really noticed a pocket forming, and Ive already found a flaw in coverage. The corner route is just to easy to hit in man coverage. If you dont have a safety over the top, its TD easily. Im on HEISMAN also so I know its not the level, the DBs seem to be bad in man coverage again!

And also...with the gamespeed being slow like this, I can already see the lag killing the online games at times if the connection isnt A1.

1 thing I do like is the uniform matches. You can do whatever socks and shoes you wanna do which I like a lot. This gives me more options with TB. I just hope you can do it with your TB teams!

I'm from the school when you need a play you make it happen, with your user catch or you make it happen with your feet to buy some extra time. You might as well just sim the game with this toned down gameplay. Your not doing anything....

Let us MAKE A PLAY EA. Don't tone the game down to Madden 2009 which was the WORST football game since next-gen Madden 2006 in the series.
Yeah, God forbid there's actually a little strategy involved in the game and it's not just a thumb-jockeying contest...

LOL say I'm crying when I've been playing this game longer than you could imagine.

I just want open gameplay back... that's all and I expect it in the final version which will surely add some jump ball user catching like last year.

Could a 90 speed QB rush in this game consistently? Let's hope so

I see the improvement, but still has glaring issues. Overall, this feels to Madden 09-ish for my tastes. Decent and better than last year's catastrophe, but not enough to drop 60 for.

Gameplanning, mix n' match unis and play lock are good additions.

Yep I'd rather have strategy and ratings matter lots more than stick skills.
Someone with "stick skills" but little knowledge of the game shouldn't be able to beat someone with moderate stick skills and great knowledge of the game. My .02

Does it actually have an effect? Couldn't tell you. Most additions such as this and gameplanning, I dont really mess with. I kind of ignore that ****.

gotcha...thanks for the explanation.

At this time, the Demo download for 360 is only for Gold Members. I will hope that within a few days, the download will be available to lowly free silver members like me.
