I am a 2k players since 05 but ive had all the nba lives before that. 2k got sloppy last year and rushed 2k9 . this game is just to damn noob friendly. I am a excellent on ball defender but i cant stop lebron from flying through artest and dunking on 2 people all from a single hesitation move! I need defense that i control not some stupid animations that take me out of position to make the offensive player get easy dunk. This is the main reason i stick to sim leagues or i just play a ranked game to keep up my shot blocking timing.

I want to know if you have user controlled defense. I enjoyed the old defensive stance of 2k but this new lock on defense is ********. WIll nba live bring the D this year???? I dont want to see kobe spliting 3 dbl teams in a row just to autodunk on yao. I want yao to send it to the third row!!!! jsut a simple yes or no will be fine.
