I didn't have a problem with Utah St. running the ball on 3rd and long. Seemed realistic to me. Although, it may only seem that way because I'm used to Steve Kragthorpe's playcalling..lol

i thinks its realistic many times in football when you are to backed up u run to get some space and take what you can get. i do think though the cpu should have atleast take a stab down field once

If I were a USU guy, I would be happy they ran the ball on 3rd down. In the 90's when they would play Utah, they would punt on 3rd down periodically to surprise the Utes. At least they're not punting on 3rd anymore.

I dont know if anyone else noticed but doesnt utah state have team color socks on. They might be black but they look like their dark blue..

Seriously, running on 3rd down isn't unheard of people, and I'm pretty sure that first one at least was a draw. We also don't know how the game played out prior to the 3rd. Perhaps they weren't having any success passing on 3rd downs up to that point. This may or may not be the case, I just don't think this proves bad AI or disproves it, it's just a short segment of video.

I thought I read somewhere that they brought in a new stadium announcer for the games. The announcer in that game sounded like they guy they've been using for years.
