I don't understand why we always have to "wait till next year". Just one time I'd like to feel satisfied with this year.Don't get me wrong,I am still ready for August 14th,but looking over most of the threads, every one is already talking "next year",and THIS YEAR'S game hasn't hit the shelves yet....it gets kinda tiresome, none the less this year's game still looks good.

You Forget that EA lost over 1 Billion dollars last year, all the money madden makes does not go to Tiburon...

Correct, but with all that money, look how much EA HAS improved in one year's time under Ian's reign. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more than previous years.

Again, yah, this halftime show was lame, but I'm MORE WILLING to forgive when I see that they have done so much already this year.

Remember people Ian said we would be seeing an unfinshed product during the the whole E3 presentation. The game is still more than 60 days away and this feedback we're giving should help them out.

And you know what, I mean bad games have stupid stuff in them, great games arent just great on Thursdays, they are great everyday. And great games are great cause they get the best treatment. I am officially concerned about this game. I have had nothing but good things to say until now, but this bothers me cause if we didnt see it, they would be pimping this like its special, which they are doing for the rest of the game which we have only really "heard about" and not seen in action.
I think you are kinda going overboard. The game still has issues no doubt since it's an E3 build (don't know if you seen it but there is a picture of a missing field goal post lol).

Like yeah, that wasn't that good, but considering that it's an E3 build and also the other various improvements made to presentation in other areas of the game, I honestly can't see how people could get this upset over it. Adding music and making the commentary flow better and play more is something that can be done before the game goes gold.

Why do bloggers attack other bloggers when they don't agree with them? Does it make someone a troll because they see shabby things and call them out no matter how many things they see? I would be willing to bet the majority of people here would call the drive-thru associate on giving them a Big Mac when they asked for a Quarter Pounder.

Im a little dissapointed in the quality of the halftime show, but to be completley honest, i'll probably skip through it after about a week or two of having the game and it wont bother me. I would love a truly immersive halftime show though that had updates from around the league with highlights from other games and things lof the nature that could really set the tone for the game. Maybe 11....

Re: Madden NFL 10 Video: Halftime Report (Chase @ E3)

Oh my lord... that was awful.

The audio in this game is absolutely atrocious. There is just no way around it. The camera angles for the replays are beautiful and so are the overlays, but the audio? Awful. There wasn't even anything being said while the highlights played.

Tom's line to go to halftime: "Let's send you to the studio for this brief halftime break"?

WHAT??? Seriously? "Brief halftime break"? Guys, you need some help with that writing and quickly. It's getting worse every year. Since when has halftime been brief? And since when has a commentator said that? The answer to both: NEVER.

... and worse, he never even called up the score before going to the half! That's Broadcasting 101! Oh... my... lord, lol. I cannot believe this. I'm stunned.

How can such poor writing and poor audio work continue to be churned out like this every year? It's not even debatable; the people working on audio are simply not doing a good job. It doesn't even sound professional. It's time to make some changes.
