There's a restriction on a single DLC size. There could be several DLC packages that equal 1GB, just not a single DLC package that's what I meant. Either way, I don't see Madden releasing a DLC to add video highlights to the show. It's probably more trouble than it's worth for this year. Never know though.

I really hope not. Fifa's Ultimate team and NCAA tourney partial game showed that there are ways to really make DLC worthwhile. And not to mention all of the FPS map packs. Madden team really needs to find compelling DLC content. Your LOL is right on point!
