Maybe they're are additional options once you're in the game (i.e. pride stickers, adding WR etc). Doubtful... but possible...

As pessimistic as I have been about this game, I have to say that Team Builder is a lot more in depth than I expected. Who knows, maybe this game will turn out to be decent.

Yes. The reason why we have these seperated like this on the app is to 1) set the presets and 2) force your away jerseys to be white. You will be able to mix and match your uniforms in game.

We had to remove the requirement of rating teams due to the server API. You will be able to sort by number of downloads in game.

I find it is easiest to find the teams you want to download on the web app, write down the name of who created it, and then search by their name in the console to download the team.
