What LBz said is right on -- there needs to be a tighter, quicker forming pocket. And against the run, the dline stunts need to actually stunt and slide based on your call.

Also, the reason the running looks so stiff is because the running backs lack transition animations and realistic acceleration.

They should take the handoff and gradually get up to speed, with route-running-esque transition animations to show this. Instead, the runner gets the ball and immediately stands up like he's all alone -- seemingly at full speed after only a couple strides.

It points to their bench yes, but not in Madden it points to the visiting team. so the Cowboys are staring at the Star, not the visiting team like it should be.

Alot of Rookies and such have said the 1st thing they see is that star, and they just go in a awe.

Im sure Packer fans feel the same. When someone plays in Lambeau.

Just imagine being a Rookie or just a young guy who hasnt played the Cowboys in dallas, you're on your sideline and you look up, and you see that big blue star staring right back, than you see the team. It would be one of those wow moments. And to some it has been. The placement of the Star matters.

Honestly, it doesn't. You're just on some insane trip where you think the damn logo in the field matters more than it does. Maybe in real life...MAYBE. But especially in this video game, does this REALLY...REALLY matter at all?

You guys at this place are so picky and ridiculous I don't even see how it's possible.

Just FYI, Ian said on his Twitter that Pro-Tak for the pocket is not "on" for the IGN video. It's old, and they know that that exact complaint is an issue. It's fixed now.
