The advanced swing does disable spin and putt preview, so in that sense it is similar to Tour Pro mode on the 360/PS3, however regardless of the swing difficulty setting that is used the Broadcast Cameras option can be toggled between Tournaments/All/Off. The default selection is Tournaments only, but as I mentioned you can toggle this to All so that they will be used in all game modes, or to Off if you never want to see them.
Now I am getting a little worried. I figured there would be more difficulty levels (expert as well for hardcore and sim players that is unforgiving) and the producer saying the advanced level disables the spin and putt preview kinda hints that's the only difference between that and standard mode. Please let this not be the case.

I remember watching a preview awhile back and the one guy hit it straight down the middle of the fairway and the other guy, who was playing for the 1st time, sank a 20 foot putt after 2 tries. Hopefully they were using the lowest skill level because EA will sink to new levels if they make the Wii version too easy on any skill level. Defeats the purpose of motion control. I don't know why EA thinks it's an insult to gamers by giving us a hard core level.

I highly doubt the advanced level is gonna be very difficult you gotta remember the Wii is more or less catering to casual gamers I have a feeling all these people that are getting the Wii version because of the motion control are gonna be dissappointed.

Well, this news has caused me to take a step back. I may cancel my pre-order all together and just wait and see what reviews and users say. Motion control is great but pointless if you can not tailor the game to a more realistic difficulty. I could careless about swinging my arms around if I'm going to Birdie every hole.

This is my biggest problem with the Wii (besides graphics) and why I haven't touched mine in almost 8 months. Even when a game is made that may appeal to hardcore gamers, it is dumbed down for the Wii. Devs seem to think that Wii gamers do not want a challenge.
