Was it an improvement when they removed FCS Schools, Create a school and custom playbooks? I'm buying the game anyway but spending time developing things like Season Showdown and bowling in a football game that has some serious gameplay issues (sliders, OL-DL interaction etc.) seems like bad management to anyone with half a brain. The fans aren't on the boards clamoring for how to represent their team each week in sportsmanship...we are clamoring for a more accurate portrayal of the game we love but as the only ticket in town, EA just shrugs it's shoulders and adds a minigame where you can try punting the ball through circles in the sky ala Tiger Woods. Show some innovation EA...take pages from The Show for Campus Legend and give fans a EACFL where we can truly utilize create a school with human and computerized teammates.

Football is a very complicated game to make, because in one play, there are so many different people interacting at once. You cant possibly create a program that would realistically recreate the sport of football in its entirety. While I do agree with some of your complaints, the point is: Football requires so many different aspects of play. The CAS was something that I did miss, but now it is back, and I dont really like the Mini-Games either, but you have to understand that they are trying to make a game for EVERYONE. I play the game in a more serious manner, but I also understand that there are kids and casual gamers that do like these features

While I do agree that Formation Subs should be included, as it has a huge effect on strategy, I still believe that this game will be worth buying. If you think you could make a better game, please do, I would love to see it.
thats not true, ive been buying the game since the Bill Walsh days on genesis and when they went from ps2/xbox to xbox 360/ps3 there were so many things that were in the old games that were missing from the next gen games that they took such a big leap backwards that they still might not have made up the ground they lost.

09 was bad. I played it the other day and it really was not that good. So far 10 is looking like the same thing, very minor tweaks and a bunch of glitter thrown on it to make it try to appear pretty.

I dont make video games nor do i work for EA Sports (the largest sports video game company) so its not my job to make a game. Its their job to make a good game that improves from year to year so you're not paying $60 for just updated rosters.

People are getting tired listening to what they are trying to sell us year after year, getting us all excited because we buy into what they feed us, then get the game and have so many things missing/wrong/screwed up so that we feel like this game isn't much of an improvement.

People are tired of sipping the Kool-Aid they've been trying to feed us, we want to see results, not half *** crap about Season Showdown or "oh we'll look into it for next year."

Hell they dont even have all the correct stadiums for every team in the game yet!

Fine then, explain to me how exactly you would set up the game so that the OL-DL interactions were perfect. Exactly how you would set up the game so that the WRs and DBs did exactly the right things. Explain your preference for the frequency of bad passes and dropped balls.

Here are my disagreements for NCAA 09:
Wide-Open gameplay- Yes, it was too easy to complete passes in the game, the defensive backs were not active at all in man coverage or zone coverage, even on Heisman difficulty. When they did decide to react, there was always an interception. Real football doesnt operate like that. I agree with you there. The devs said there would be more tipped passes and passes defended by defensive backs.
No Pressure on the QB- Yes, the defensive line was very slow and did not put alot of pressure on the QB, making it easy to pass the ball. I would like to see tackles get beat by defensive ends every once in a while, or a DT get past a guard or center more frequently. A QB should have about 4 seconds to throw the ball and in the game you got 7.

Those are my biggest problems
