Things wrong with this video:

1. No pocket whatsoever

2. QB turns around and runs straight backward, and then turns back up field and flicks a perfect, deep pass without even having time to look down the field - and the ball magically lifts off into the atmosphere without even a wind-up by the QB.

3. ...and Westbrook makes the perfect catch with double-coverage...


I love the Eagles... but this simply can not happen.

I'm stoked about this game, and talk it up to anyone who will listen. I feel very confident that all of these issues will be fixed by ship date. just like anything else, you implement new ideas, make them fit, and then fix all the problems that come about because of them... the first two have been done and I'm sure all they are working on now is tuning everything so it works correctly in the game...

I'm still disappointed that there are no Packers screens in that preview... Ian, please make my day with a screen... you could even put it in the gamegear like you did on twitter. LOL

Shaun Hill has a release where it looks like it is early when he lets go. A sometimes overhand then 3/4 release sas well. And he kinda throws it with his upper body motion using little momentum/strength from his lower body...

I actually didn't expect an ign article on a sports game to be this good


Im not fretting yet about the Broken Pocket issues.....Ian knows it must be fixed...hopefully with appropriate accelerate/decelerate animations that make you set your feet before you throw
As evidenced by this weeks blog...I think they're hitting it hard

This is the #1 issue in the game, period. I don't care how many other problems are fixed; I don't care how many new features are added, and I don't care what new tech is implemented. Madden cannot ship with the roll and chuck still in the game.

This is a matter of life and death... well as far as the game is concerned.
