Isnt there a pass route that a RB can run that takes him in the middle of the line then runs a couple of yards down field then does an out route to the sideline?

ONE THING I liked from the vid was that the corner that got the INT didn't soar above the wr to do so. In 09 it was almost impossible for a wr to fight for the ball because the db's jumped so high.

I do not know how much time was put in and if this is something where they couldnt have these people working on something else so they decided to make SS then I wouldnt care as much but still think it is useless.

However, regardless of how much time was put into it, I think that it was a waste of time and I feel that most everyone else feels it is a waste of time and just a feature similar to the Madden ring feature that adds nothing and no one really cares about. I also feel that a decent bit of time was put into it as there seems to be quite a bit to the feature.

Your right. It is not a game "ITS A FEATURE". Something they are spending a lot of time and energy hyping. I bet they spent a lot of development time and resources as well when other things could have been added / fixed.

yeah possibly, i'm not saying i know for sure either way it just seems odd to me. one thing is clear though his presence there definitely screws up the blocking

If you're referring to the play in the vid, it was definatly a screen.

Agreed, but I thought they got rid of the strafe catch. I think they need to work on wr/db attacking the ball so there is more than one way to jump up and go for the pick or catch and also to make it look more realistic.

thanks for the blessing, honestly it's not a feature i really care about. I just don't like when people criticize it by calling it something it's not. that probably sounds stupid, but oh well. also, even though it's not for me I can appreciate that some may be interested in it especially those who play online because this feature will provide more insight into their opponents.
