Sounds like new ESPN presentation to coincide with the NHL being on ESPN next year. Awesome.

I have yet to read any confirmation that that is even a possibility. Where are people getting this? Did I miss something?

I would love for Thorne to come back to ESPN and do the hockey games.

Yeah, well don't ever take too much stock in what eklund has to say, that guy is a joke 95% of the time. He spits forth rumors just on the off chance he could be correct and come back and say "I called that".

The game is already decent....however, can we get better presentation...have it look and feel like ESPN and NBC coverage...and can we have an outside view of the stadiums/arenas as you focus in right before the games...it will really give you a feel and show teh announcers sometimes and have other people from down on by the benches talk sometimes and can we have the benches more enthusiastic and really lean over the benches and hit sticks and get excited during the important moments and have them go absolutely wild and insane when they win a game 7 overtime goal to win it...have it just be more in tune to the situation instead of every single game feeling the same, madden does the same thing...any one agree....and lets get broken sticks out there and hats for the hatricks, easports fans, lets spread the word and get what we want into the game...better, real life presentation and feel for the game, not the saem boring thing over and over again, we want everygame to feel new and different!

Re: NHL 10 Producer Blog: Part One

Well you probably won't see outside shots of the arenas unless it is a still real life photo for quite some time. It takes time to make those and it just isn't that important to most, even though I would like it too.

What I would like is a better loading screen. Some stats that are about the upcoming game, streaks, league leaders etc. Perhaps a city or arena background shot as the game loads. I know it is only like 25 seconds of my time, but honestly, who reads the keys to the game thing anymore after the last few years!!!?
