You won't make everyone happy. Look at the crazy reaction to potential and progression in Franchise Mode. This is another case of one side's logic verses another.

Ian if the cut scene is the same cut scene the whole time it could get repetitive. If not a meter u can just have a lil arrow that flashes towards each side that gets the ball..that way ur able to watch the pile up ..or u can ditch the meter n leave it up to suspense... the more i think bout it.. thats how the games go, you dnt really know until some one comes up with the ball or the ref signals one way or the other..so the meter mite kill some of that ...for instance the Titans - Ravens playoff game this yr..(sigh) why did i bring that up

How completely unrealistic would it be for us to see a video of this pileup in action? Maybe one of us will have an eureka moment and come up with the perfect way to handle it all... its just much harder to come up with ideas when you haven't actually seen something.

"That don't make no sense!!!!"

Actually, you have a very good point. It won't happen.

Re: ESPN: Madden 10 preview

Is there anyway I can get the game early? I'll even give you $70.

Re: ESPN: Madden 10 preview

Love the Qb avoidance B-Roeth hopefully will finally be provided with his greatest strength in a realistic fashion

-A touch of input here if I may....Ben shakes guys differently then say a Romo who dances more. B-Roeth uses his strength more to shrug the guys off and hardly ever does one man take him down. I hope the two styles are distinguishable

I also agree that the meter needs to go or have an option to turn it off some how. This sounds a lot like the problem people had with the Blue Celebration Zones.

Re: ESPN: Madden 10 preview

That Pro-Tak sounds very very cool

I can't wait to see how the Williams Wall will be able to push o-lines around, then come flying around the corner with J. Allen sacking the QB and sending that vibrating controller up someones a@@! Only to see his rodeo style celebration. Outstanding fellas....Outstanding!

I just realized this post gets wierder and wierder as it goes
