Please as soon as a new game comes out no matter what it is the Cheesers will try and find the glitches to win.

Left 4 Dead - Joined a game after a update and everyone in the room except me wanted to locate glitches.

COD, APF, Madden and more are all the same way.

My thoughts are that Ian and Co. are pushing the bar extremely high, and I truly hope they llive up to the hype. This is also the first time that EA has put all of the cards (in terms of expectations) on the table to clearly, so it is really going to be an all or nothing time for Madden.

That being said, I was one of the people that enjoyed Madden 09 for what it was.

I have not played or seen any iteration of Madden 10. I am just trying to make it easier and more enjoyable to get information out on these boards, and discuss it without having people attack you for your opinions.

Correct people will look for exploits as soon as they get a new game but there is a difference between an exploit and a glitch. Most exploits can be stopped just not all the time a glitch can't be stopped. Like the floating man glitch in COD or the glitch to get under a map.

Yea I understand what you're saying what that guy did was not needed at all. I hope they deliver this year, I like 09 but if 10 is like people say it is I might actually play madden till madden 11 comes out.

Blocking is something I'm allowed to talk about, but only as it relates to the pocket formation, and I am limited there. I'll do the best I can.

This is one of the things I was harping on. When I was there, yes, they did, but in the wrong direction. They actually kicked out, which, as you would expect, created a nice little lane for the DE to get the QB fairly easily. I fully expect this to be addressed.

This is a better question for Dave, who played with the Eagles quite a bit. I'm a bit shocked looking back on it now and realizing I don't think I touched a mobile QB. Once again, we weren't as well organized as we should have been.

I really think this is something that Adaptive AI would help address, but we'll see.

FB did block better. The big thing I noticed was staying on route rather than breaking off in the backfield and blocking somebody coming off the end or something. Honestly I didn't pay as much attention to the actual blocking as I should have, but the pathfinding/target selection is definitely better.

Unfortunately, not a subject I can touch on yet in specifics, but in general, yes, you really do feel the difference between the average and the great across all areas o fthe game.

In most instances. There are transitional animations still to be made, I don't know if this is on the agenda.

Specifics about OL/DL play are still off limits.

See above.

It seemed just about right against the 3-4, the 4-3 had problems getting pressure with their front four alone. This is something they're quite aware of.

More stuff we can't discuss. I can say that none of us were able to run the QB Sneak at all. It actually crashed the build.
