Damn, I live 10 mins from Tiburon..I wish I had known about this when it happened! I don't know if I can play for 16 hours, but I would love to get a few hours behind the wheel and see if the game can get me wanting to buy it again.

Here's what I don't get...

how exactly do you look at this...

... and the specific issues mentioned, and say we weren't asking "sim" questions?

There were 150ish posts in this thread when I went to bed last night.

Is it really possible that in 12 hours 350ish posts happened in this single thread? My gosh!

People are getting very uptight very soon this year.. but you have to be excited. Things that absolutely obliterated the fun out of the game are getting addressed first and foremost!

I hope we get some more surprise blogs.... on tackling and defense!

because its all about drawing attention to one's self.

It really bugs me because it's my baby that's most predominantly displayed on there. Each of us had our own focuses, and the thing that I zeroed in on very early was the offensive line play. The tackle drop was straight back, it needs to open up. They were waiting for the DE to make a move rather than getting themselves to a good depth and positioning themselves between the drop spot and the DE. "Sim" is exactly what I was looking for.

I was animated on that ****. I was getting sucked into "Coach Dembroski" mode... I kept standing up like I was going to demonstrate technique, then I'd catch myself and sit down again, people started laughing at my dumb ***:P

Seriously, though, we're still sending stuff to Ian that we thought of later, and I promise you it's all sim.

And that was just a small portion of that document. We got some highly detailed feedback out there in that meeting. Hell, even the above is pretty detailed stuff that many gamers would look over.
In 09 I had the curl and "make it rain" down. Again, I'm not saying you will not be able to do it on the curl, because we only had 16 hours with the game. I'm not going to promise then two days after release people say, see they lied. I got it down. Like I said in the post though, I did get a stop catch animation that I was not too thrilled with and it looked like the WR was about to rocket. I do want to say though, I think the QB ratings (short accuracy) are going to play a roll in how things are able to be pulled off successfully. God forbid if you have Tavares Jackson and try doing it. The guy sucks in this game in terms of accuracy.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.. Oh well no love for TJack..
