NBA Live 365 Status Update

I just downloaded the NBA Live 365 Subscription off of the marketplace and when I go to the Dynamic DNA in the game it doesn't update. Then I go to "Download NBA Live 365" and it says enter a code or download from the Xbox Live Marketplace. If I press cancel it says "NBA Live 365 Not Updated." If I download it again it goes to the same exact thing. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

Will Gil Arenas be available in the next update? It is not good to have B. Haywood become available after playing 1 game, and not Arenas.

Hopefully after a 6 game winning streak I can fianlly see a red arrow next to the Raptorson the team select screen........... I've been looking at the blue arrow for way to long. LOL.

I got the last 2 updates. Saturday's update had Arenas on roster, but had Crittenden and McGee on IR. Got Sunday's update, and all players are active except Arenas. He is just a DNP for the previous game, not on IR. Please fix the IR issues, it would make the game much more realistic for fans.

I'm not sure if this really changes the game but i was playing with the Cavs and Varejao came in as a 3 and after the game was over i checked his positions and his primary position was a 4 but his secondary was a 3 and the same with Joe Smith. And Lebron has played the 4 as his secondary position this year. no big deal but if secondary positions can be changed to accurately reflect real life it would be greatly appreciated.
