I like it. I usually control just one position on D. And focusing on that player with a better angle sounds/looks great. Also loving the new RB and QB stances.

Liking the defensive assist. Ripped that one straight outta Fifa, huh?

P.S. I'm always a DE, so you had me in mind with Player Lock. Loving both features....

I just read this:
Quote:
all you have to do is press the A button and the player under you control will move to his assignment on the field.
How about just an arrow(Like NHL 09 Be a Pro) that points you to where you need to be. I dont like the of the game 'assisting' the user in that manner.

Nice additions....BUUUUUUUTTTT....

The screen shot of the Miami DB doing the classic EA "jump 40 feet in the air and do the Volleyball swat" motion as a cheap way of defending passes needs to die a horrible death.

MOST of the time....a DB is going to simply go stride for stride with the WR and stick a hand in the WR's face or get his hands inside of the WRs hands and knock the ball away.

College DBs don't jump 8 feet in the air and deflect the Football like Dikembe Mutombo and yet this has been EAs way of playing pass defense for as long as I can remember.

He's still going up I'm sure.

That is the EXACT animation that EA has used for years and years.

We all know it well.

You throw a fade pattern, the WR has the DB beat by 4-5 yards...then suddenly and without warning, the DB goes from a Dead run to a quick 10 foot jump, looking back over their shoulder and deflect the ball like a Volleyball spike. Cheesy to the 100x degree.
