Yeah nothing major at all.

But that's expected from us right? The Show Patrol? The arch-nemesis of the 2k Police?

I thought this thread was a bit harsh but it's a vacation in Aruba compared to the 2k demo thread.

I'm done with the demo. I can't play anymore with these two teams. Release day is right around the corner anyway!

Yeah that place up North is pretty bad. But I don't blame people though. The Show boys are pretty obviously up there. The Demo was find to me. Any ways I deleted this demo and I am playing NHL right now. This demo was a blast and I can't wait to play this game on my new TV. It should be fun.

i noticed something that i dont remember seeing in 08. I was the phillies and and began to rough up kazmir so the rays called a mound visit. During the visit it wasnt maddon who came out for the visit it was there pitching coach who came out.


if i remember right only the manager would come out last year when in reality it is usually the pitching coach who comes out in a real game. It was cool to see this change in the demo

Question about the "Pitcher/Batter Framerate Drop"... Has anybody popped in 08 since playing the 09 Demo and noticed if it's true? Or if it's the same as 08 and we're all just crazy?

How could anyone give an answer yet when what you refer pertains to online playing through SportsConnect.

Ummm... Not online, just your everyday human vs. cpu mode. It's nice and smooth when the pitcher is selecting a pitch. But when he comes set, it's not as smooth.

I have not noticed this.

When you mentioned "Pitcher/Batter Framerate Drop" this seems the same context when SCEA discusses how the new hardcoded 60 frames per second will eliminate the pitch meter and batter swinging frame drops or clipping. This is what made laggy games difficult last year. Forgive me for my assumption if indeed wrong.

I was mostly being sarcastic. It was a ball that hit the wall and didn't leave the park, though it was directly over the fielder's head into right field.

I have yet to see a ball lined over a fielder's head in centerfield.
