You can have your opinion, but for the million time. They are different departments So it really doesn't effect each other. EACH DEPARTMENT DOES SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR THE GAME. And for the record having all these things is what makes it more real and in the end will effect gameplay.

Release the game so everyone can get the game and stimulate the economy sooner than later. Also alot of gamers would purchase a PS3 to stimulate the economy too.
