I just watched MLB 2k8's trailer and compared it to 2k9. Wow. Huge difference. 2k9 really has a "MVP Baseball" type feel. I don't know what it is about it.

I'm kinda curious how people can get an "MVP feel" (or hell, any feel at all) from that video. We still haven't even seen a game play video.

The term "MVP feel" is used far too often

He does. I was talking about the atmosphere, player models, commentary, hell even the lighting, etc. The "B" does look the same which leads me to believe that they didn't have time for all the jersey fixes.

Just how fresh it felt watching it. It looks a lot like MVP to me. I've played a lot of it, believe me. Just the animations, such as when Pena leads off (compare it to MVP, looks very similar).

Don't the Red Sox have the hanging sox on their cap, its not the B anymore?

Apparently they didn't have enough time to make that change..
