This is the same conclusion i came up with. I think the demo is running at 30fps and not 60. That's why we are seeing the studdering and framerate problems.

I agree. This is a concern and this problem will probably be in the final version. Some people see it and others don't. Nobody is lying here but it's clearly an issue for a number of us (even if it's not all that bad, it still is noticeable).

For those that don't see it just consider yourself fortunate but please don't pretend it doesn't exist for those that see it. I'm 36 years old with two kids and a job. Why would I or anyone else make this stuff up? There is zero evidence here that this has been fixed for the retail copy. Having someone who can't see the problem state it's fine on a newer copy doesn't work. Until someone who is able to see the framerate issue actually sees a newer version without the issue on the same PS3, it will be a mystery until March 3rd.
