The reaction time seems a bit slow. In the video when the cursor is being moved around, you can see a second dot (lag dot) which the player is actually looking at.

Lets say a quarterback throws a bullet pass (which will be much faster than the cursor moving in the video), the reaction will be so slow that the DB's head will only start to turn around after the ball's been thrown and caught by the reciever.

Other than that, it's a nice small feature.

It could be used for the ball carrier. Right now, the ball carriers look straight ahead regardless of where the defenders are coming from. It would be much more realistic if the ball carriers were looking at on coming defenders when running with the ball.
