It would be awfully hard to follow my home rules when playing online, though.

And let's just say that the Cardinals rotation needed some boosting.
Amen to that bro. lol.

Call me crazy but it seems like 2k/vc is trying to cookie cut all their sports games off of NBA2k series which isnt a bad thing compared to what they have been doing .
They did it with NHL 2k9 and it wasnt too bad except for poor player models (short development cycle).
We Will see soon wouldnt mind 2k/VC making games like they used to last gen

I love this and real living rosters would mean daily updates thats at least how I understand it .
Love the batting , back to the basics and away from kid gimmics .
This game is now becoming a serious possible 1st day buy with the show ?
Love my Baseball !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[quote=HK-47;2039122826]They've dumbed down the controlls for the lame pick up and play users.

In NHL2k9 they called it bring FUN and SIM back into the game and I like it Glad they lessened all the kid gimmic swing and pitch junk .
Sorry for the multiple posts but man they even put back CONTROL ALL TEAMS , I have been fighting to bring this back for Years , Plus a PLAYOFF Mode equals alot of offline replay value which 2k/Vc was known for WOW ! But it will be hard to match the More Polished SHOW .

It's starting to sound impressive. Love controlling all 30 teams, haven't done that since ASB 2004.

Yep and then they took it out in ASB05
Couldnt keep real rosters what a waste of a great game and series.
Why do they do this and act like its a brand new feature ?
Options are GOOD

Re: MLB 2K9 First Hands-On (Gamespot)

I like what I am hearing so far. At least there is hope for us 360 owners. I really liked hearing that the consumer issues are being addressed. Just from the screen shots it looks like a upgrade from last year. I want to rent the game before I buy it to test it out.
