This is what I believe cost me a game I was playing, Magic Vs Lakers this game was a great game, Kobe was cold and really was a non factor most of the game and I was up by 12 going in to the fourth. Then Fisher just went berserk, he ended up with 20 and was 4-7 from behind the arc. I don't mind the loss, in fact, as I mentioned earlier I like how you can lose games even when you're scoring well. We didn't step on there necks to start the 4th qtr, and that 8-0 run they got to start the 4th let them right back in. Here is the problem though: 5:36 left in the fourth, I'm down 88-84 and this is the line-up I got on the floor thanks to Auto Sub On PG Gorcat (He's 6'11" and listed as a PF???) SG Courtney Lee SF Brian Cook PF Tony Batie C Adonal Foyle No freakin wonder I lost. with this group on the floor for most of the 4th qtr I ended up being out scored 35-14, and lost by 11. Now I know what you're gonna say; "Make your own subs and stop complaining" but that doesn't address my issue. The issue is if you have DNA updates that affect ratings and tendencies downloaded daily, how can you not get the rotations right. That game I played ORL vs. LAL Lewis only played 22 min and I play with 11 min qtrs! According to NBA.com he averages 36.9 minutes per game. Memo to the developers; Let's get the minutes per game right, along with the proper rotations. This should be able to be done through the Live 365 DNA updates. If not, then please explain. I wonder if the inability to get the auto subs right is linked to how the line up are constantly changing (injuries and the like)?

I guess I should let this whole injury lock thing die. It's kinda funny though, I was considering trying the Bucks for my on line ranked games. So much for that. With Redd out for the year I guess I'll move to my fourth choice(Already tried the Wiz and Jazz) of the Heat.

Don't you feel sorry for all those kids in Milwaukee. Bad enough they live there now they can't even use Redd in a on line game.

We play the game because we are fans of a lot of different players and teams. I don't really care about Redd myself. It would be nice to have some options though.

I like how Stars put the teams on there back in the 4th. I just got done playing Heat(me) vs Hawks. Joe Johnson only had 10 pts thru 3. 4th comes he takes over. He scores the final 14 pts for the hawks. I could not stop him. He was posting me up one time next time he ISO next time he is shooting 3s on me. Hawks won by 6. Bibby kept the in the game the 1st 3 hitting all them 3s while i was trying to double Joe. Thats the reason i stop the double team cause Bibby was 6-6 from down town.

One more thing how can i use the pick and roll with Wade/Beasley when Haslem is on the floor? It always would bring Haslem over even if he was on the other side of the court?

there is a marker on the player that you want to call for the PnR

look for it on the floor under the player.. its really subtle

How do i move the maker? I never notice it

kinda have to point the ball handler at the guy you want to PnR with

its annoying a little bit but move more towards the particular player and you should see it.

The game i played yesterday the animations and player speed seemed sooo much smoother, and although there was some suction on the blocking animation it was far less dramatic as it used to be.

Live 365 ftw.

What up everybody,

Played a guy online last night in versus mode (OTP is a joke, inbound steals, alley-oops, and full-court passes all game, no fundamentals at all... but that's another thread.) he was the hornets and I was the magic. The beauty was that there was a significant weakness they had in the paint without Chandler and West. There was nothing he could do with Dwight Howard defensively or on the Glass. it was like men against boys.

He did what he could with CP3 and peja, but just like in real ball when the perimeter shot is not falling it leads to 2 on 1 and 3 on 2 breaks. I was also able to muscle him in the low block, It was so much fun. Not because I won both games, but because of how I used real basketball strategy and it paid off.

The funny thing is that the commentating by Kerr mentioned the fact that the hornets were ravaged with injuries, and how the Magic needed to come out strong and finish them early. Neither game was close. I'm not trying say how good i am or anything, I'm sure that if it were reversed I probably would have gotten crushed too.

I don't know what it is but D seems easier to play against another human than the CPU. I was playing some good D against this guy. and I played man D no zone, He tried everything, Man, Full-Court, Zone nothing worked. It was like he was out manned.

I never choose the typical teams like BOS, LAL, or CLE, I may choose the Spurs from time to time, or the magic. Those are probably the strongest teams I play with. I really like using the Nets, and the Knicks, but if come with them I'll be lucky to go .500.

I would like to play with some sim oriented guys, and try to win games with middle of the pack teams. The wins are sweeter and the losses don't quite hurt as much... Hell, these teams lose half the time anyway.
