these are in the same game

I also had one of those goals that never crossed the line given against me, thats what started the AI on its momentum. it really is sickening.
OUCH! Just.........wow! Looks like the same crap I've had to put up with. The goalies in this game are by far the biggest gamekillers for me. Seems I can't go through a game with at least one or two goals being scored like that by either the cpu or myself. Then again, if you watched the Wild vs. Pens on Versus last night and saw the first goal go in off the faceoff and trickle in.....maybe the goalie ai isn't that unrealistic.

Yeah i saw that goal, Sabourin never realised till it was behind him.

It really is annoying, You can play flawless defense all game only for the dumb goals to happen, it really is hard to keep it together when it happens because you just feel like you are being cheated, well i do.

I dont think any of us minds losing to the CPU, its just the fashion it happens, it feels scripted and like you have no control. If the CPU beats me with good plays and pulls me out of position then fine, thats what i want but if it starts awarding goals that didnt go over the line or my controls mysteriously seem to fail at the time i am under pressure then i can do without that stress.

I cant afford to keep buying new controllers

I have a question about what you guys have your shot power slider set to. I've been doing some experimenting. If you have it anything under three the goalie really gets confused by the slower shots and doesn't seem to be able to gauge them properly from time to time.

After you update with the patch, can you remove it if you don't like the way the game plays post-patch?

Yes, go to you Saved Game Utility and delete it. But you will have to disconnect from the internet, if you want to play pre-patch, or it will prompt you to d/l it everytime.

It will take effect in the season right away. If you what slider changes you might want to put them back to defaults and reassess them, particularly if they are in areas affected by the the patch like shot accuracy.

I have faced alot of the dekers and cheap players and hold them to 1 or 0 goals cause they never get more than 3 shots against me.
Haha, I wasnīt saying players canīt score from different spots or angles , I was saying that the game is beneffiting players who abuse repetetive behaviour online, and then namely the area right in front to the close area of the crease.
And I wasnīt saying that I canīt protect dekes, or other cheapness, I was saying that the patch has changed the behaviour of players online to the worse, and by the patch EA benefits this behavoiur.

And no, my winning streak is still holding on , so this "complaining" is about that the game doesnīt benefit players who makes and effort and "work". Got it?
