Will this game have a manage only mode with full graphics? Could be very cool if done right.

Yeah that's basically what's going to determine if I buy this or not. I get more than enough of my share of text sim with OOTP, and really don't need another. A game with an actual 3D engine is a different story.

PastaPadre has some nice screenshots for this game. Looks pretty nice.

Now my interest is piqued, because that sure looks like an 3D in-game engine to me. This one is especially interesting:
