So I been playing Socom for few days and they already have a patch out for the servers, and they're coming out with another patch tonight to fix everything!

Why is it that EA takes their sweet *** time with this? I remember playing MGS4 online and they came out with a patch with a quickness! Also MLB The Show 08. I can name a bunch of other games they came out with a patch in less than a month.

Madden had its first patch on release day for PS3 and 2 days later for 360.

My guess is EAs monopoly on the NFL brand is the reason why they take their sweet time.

I'm growing impatient here. I bought a game over a month ago, and can't even play it properly yet. For crying out loud...there should be an expedited process for a game as big as Madden when it comes to releasing a patch. No way consumers should have to wait this long to enjoy a product the way it was intended to be enjoyed.

MS needs to hurry up and release the patch.

you just know that this patch has been sitting in a queue somewhere doing absolutely nothing.
Its all about red tape and processes my friend.

It exits everywhere. But I agree, this patch should of been escalated through if at all possible.

You can't tell me that MS and Sony have been rigorously testing this patch out for 2-3 weeks.. no freakin way
