That's not possibly the big announcement. And 2K has an exclusive agreement with Gamespot to make the announcement, so they're not going to do that and then allow ESPN to swoop in and steal the glory. ESPN would only be allowed to interview KG regarding 2K9 with the consent of 2K, so that would be like a person shooting himself in the foot. I say we wait until later this afternoon when the REAL announcement will be made via Gamespot.

so out of thousands of online gamers, they get to pick a handful - that sounds pretty lame to me. I'd rather just have a career mode.

I seriously don't know what they could be holding back if this isn't it. It is hard to keep a big feature unwraps.
