The patch system on PS3 is brand new this year. Last year everything went through EA servers for patching, but now it is all handled by the system software and Sony's servers. The tool that is used to put the patches up is something that initially only I was given access to because I volunteered to handle the patch on PS3. I found out that I had the ability to give other people on the team access, but in the end, I'm the only one that has used the tool, so it's all on me

Thanks for the information CD. We can't thank you enough for coming on here to provide us with this info. I can't wait for this darn patch, I worry to progress any further with the roster file I am using for freeze ups.

Any chance of the patch coming out this weekend or will we probably have to wait till Monday or Tuesday?
