DNA would adjust for that and player tendencies would not. Just going off what I have read. Not really forming any opinions at this time but from a marketing standpoint to us gamers here at OS something like DNA just sounds like something I have been waiting for.

Again EA has a history of announcing things and not delivering so let's see what happens. I love 2k b-ball, I just think EA landed a strong first blow that's all.

EA can talk all they want about DNA. I will belive it when I actually see gameplay affected by this.

I wouldn't be surprised if 2k incorporates something similar, not because they are "copying" but because it's a next step to take.

Similar to all pro football and madden, both had player "weapons" with different implementations but neither one really copied the other. Just a next step for the game with two different interpretations

I agree the DNA thing is sick and is the reason I'll get both games this year if Lives animations improve.

Like when Gasol went from a pick n roll player to a post-up player and now w/ Bynum back it will switch to whatever he plays now.

2k9 will have it in the gameplay most likely but that 365 DNA is a helluva feature
