2K Sports Announces Major League Baseball 2K8 Has Gone Gold

Funny that earlier this morning I posted a message asking why hadn't there been an announcement that 2k8 had gone gold and wondering if it was going to be released on time. Maybe I should do the same about the demo...

Lol, I remember years ago when I first really starting paying attention to when games were released and whatnot... I saw that a cedrtain game I wanted went gold and was like, "really? They already sold 500,000 copies?"

I then went to the game store only to find out that the game still wasn't comming out for another week or two. I got home and did a little bit of research to find out that I was a dumb ***.

Yea, I thought about that. Regardless of when it was finished, companies usually announce it a lot sooner. Oh well, I'll be playing both games next week anyway. I think 2K8 is going to surprise a lot of people (in a good way).

I think this may be the latest I have read a release about going gold. Usually a couple weeks before, at the least.
Still, this time next week I will be playing some baseball. (in video game form anyway.)

Yes, Ben Brinkman said it had been submitted to MS and Sony and now we're just waiting for them to release it.
