Can anyone help me out?

I created an Indonesian Steam Acct. Purchased the game and downloaded it. At the main menu, the only mode available to play is MyBallPark mode. I can’t find any of the game modes anywhere.

Nvm, figured it out. If you download the Steam version, there 2 game downloads, one is the main game; another is just the MyBallPark one.

The "my ballpark" is only playable if you dl with a Japanese acct. Just delete it.

They have the MLB license now and just released a mobile game, MLB Pro Spirits. I know, I know, mobile game. I had the same thought and resisted trying it. Then I did. Wow. Check it out. It's free and it's really, really good. The Show's days are numbered.

I sure hope this means a console version soon. Competition is healthy, it should make The Show better. I don't want their days to be numbered because then eventually it will lead to Konami resting on their laurels too. But anyway, the mobile game was great news afaic.

Of course, that's fair. Perhaps a poor choice of words. I just haven't felt this excited for a baseball game since really the The Show. For me, The Show moved the industry forward, but that was a long, long time ago. I've since completely soured on it now that it seems to be developed for their revenue generating online Ultimate team players more than a true baseball sim, IMO.


As you said, hopefully this will push them to redevelop the game. It's been needing a major overhaul for a while now.

I doubt they bring it to console, or if they do, it’ll be a glorified version of a mobile game. The mobile game is great, but I’m still annoyed about how they ruined the PES series by making it essentially a mobile game on console so they could have crossplay. I know why they did it, but it totally ruined the greatness that PES had.
