Back to looking for a dynasty. (360)

Okay guys. I've been in several in the past, and either the people in it become d-bags, or it just takes way too long to advance. I understand people got things to do, but I'd rather be in one that advances every few days and stuff like that. I'm 19 years old, and I'd preferably like to play with people in and around my age group. That way it can cut out most of the immature kids or whatever. I do have groupme and I'm just basically looking for fun. I just want something to do, because I barely have anything to do. I'm stuck at home for the most part and I can't get into a dynasty by myself. Don't really have any friends to play with either. All are either busy or just don't want to do it. If someone can get back to me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. I would prefer to join one that hasn't already started.
