Online cutscenes and replays locked at 30?

Didn't know where to ask about this but is it normal that the replays and cutscenes are locked to 30fps online? Offline I get 144fps and during online gameplay it's locked at 60fps which is great. Just the cutscenes and replays. Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

Video settings:
2560x1440
Full Screen
60Hz
V-sync off
Everything else in on high

Gsync ON

Running the following setup:
Intel i7-4770K
GTX 980 SLI
16GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro x64
Asus Rog Swift

Note: supposedly with the latest drivers, for the gsync to stay active, vsync should be off within the game settings. Vsync in Nvidia 3D settings should be set to on(default is on when you activate gsync)

The game doesn't play well (replays, highlights) at anything over 60 fps. Console focused game.

There's a problem with your post maybe? You wrote hz (hertz) but I think you're talking about fps (frames per second).

Not sure about your system but 144fps is more than I've seen on my system for this game ever. Replays dip to 30fps for me as well.

Fixed. So it's not my settings causing it then. That's all I wanted to know. Thanks.
