I already play NBA2K16 on my PS4, but I may not have access to my PS4 for a while. So I'm thinking about buying the game again, this time on PC. Is there any way I could link the two accounts so that I wouldn't have to play through the first couple MyCareer seasons again? Or so that I could pick up my current MyTeam and keep playing with it?

I don't think you can do such thing, steam version is just different entity.
